Download SCCM ConfigMgr 2012 Support Center Viewer and PowerShell cmdlets

Update 14-Feb-2013 : There is an updated version of SCCM (Configuration Manager) 2012 Support Center ready to download now here.
Today morning I’ve received a surprise email alert “System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Support Center is now available for Download!“. Wow great! This is an awesome tool. SCCM (Configuration Manager) 2012 Support Center also includes ConfigMgr Support Center Viewer (Version 5.0.7958.1000), a tool that support personnel can use to open the bundle of files that you create using Configuration Manager Support.  SCCM / ConfigMgr Support Center also includes PowerShell cmdlets that can be used to create a remote connection to another Configuration Manager client, to configure the data collection options provided on the Data Collection tab, and to start data collection.
Download the tool and documentation from Microsoft Connect here. (if the link is not working for you? look at the bottom of the post)
SCCM 2012 Support Center helps to gather information about ConfigMgr 2012 clients, so that we can more easily address issues with those clients. Now, you can use SCCM / ConfigMgr Support Center to streamline the support experience. Support Center helps to:
  • Create a bundle of all of the relevant log files on your Configuration Manager client, which you can send to support personnel.
  • View log files, certificates, client policies, and more.

  2. Is there any way to view the package distribution queue at a DP? I was looking for a dashboard showing how many packages are queued up at each of my DPs, so I know when and where there is a bottleneck that needs to be addressed.
