The faulting application is always OUTLOOK.EXE, and the crash involves an access violation (c0000005) at a specific memory address. The version numbers in the crash logs also help identify the affected builds of Outlook.

Workaround: Open Emails in Outlook Web Access or New Outlook
If classic Outlook crashes when you try to open emails from Viva Engage, Viva Insights, Yammer, or Power Automate, there is a simple temporary solution.To avoid the crash, open these emails using Outlook Web Access (OWA) in your browser or switch to the new Outlook app. Both options are more compatible with the modern email formats used by these services and allow you to view the messages without any issues.
Use Outlook Web Access (OWA)
To access the email without crashing Outlook, open your browser and go to https://outlook.office.com. Sign in using your Microsoft 365 account. Once you’re in your inbox, find the email that was causing the issue in classic Outlook. When you open it through Outlook Web Access (OWA), it should display properly without any crashes.

Use the New Outlook
