Official Announcement Of Outlook Team

Outlook confirms that Microsoft identified this problem through service telemetry. They also analyze data from affected customers and reproduce the issue internally to develop a mitigation plan. They also confirm that the users must restart or refresh the Outlook app, which resolves the problem.

Note: According to the report, this issue has not been resolved for many users.

As per Microsoft, this issue was fixed on October 11, 2024. We have not heard back about any issues related to these topics after Microsoft confirmed the fix.
