The Cloud PC overview reports in Microsoft Intune provide a centralized snapshot of your Windows 365 environment, helping admins quickly understand the overall health and usage of Cloud PCs. It highlights key metrics such as the total number of Cloud PCs, their provisioning status, connection health, and user activity trends. Windows 365 Cloud PC Overview Key Report Components
There are currently eight dedicated reports available in Intune, each providing detailed insights into our Windows 365 Cloud PCs. The table below provides an in-depth idea.

| Cloud PC connection quality | Review measures and details of Cloud PC connection quality and speed. Current and median daily latency measures are available for each device. |
| Cloud PC utilization | Review the total time users have been connected to their Cloud PCs over a selected time span. Use this data to identify underutilized Cloud PCs and optimize licensing through reallocation or removal of inactive licenses. |
| Cloud PCs that aren’t available | Review data from devices that have recent failed Cloud PC health checks or have consecutive user connection failures. |
| Connected Frontline Cloud PCs/Concurrent Frontline Cloud PC connections | Review the number of Frontline Cloud PCs at each size that are connected at the same time. The number of concurrent connections is limited to the number of Frontline Cloud PC licenses purchased for your tenant. |
| Cloud PC recommendations | Make informed decisions about managing Cloud PCs by monitoring insights to help you optimize your configurations and device assignments. |

How to Access Windows 365 Cloud PC Overview Report in Intune
To access the Windows 365 Cloud PC overview reports, login to the Microsoft Intune Admin Center using your administrator credentials.
- Navigate to > Reports > Under Windows 365 > Cloud PC overview

Now let’s explore a few reports in detail. The first one is the Connection quality report. This will provide you with the details about the Cloud PCs in Slow round-trip time, which means Over 200ms. Then, Low enhanced transport type utilization under 50%. Using Columns option we can customzie the views and resize them accoring to our need. Reset column selections also available.

The next report is based on Cloud PC utilization, it consists of usage or utilization options like High – Over 80 hours, Average – 40-8 hours, Low – Under 40 hours and last None – 0 hours. Here you can apply a filter based on Timespan like Last 28 days, Last 60 days and Last 90 days.

In my tenant, I don’t have any Cloud PCs falls under these reports, i.e, Cloud Cloud PCs that aren’t available, Connected Frontline Cloud PCs, Cloud PC optional business continuity and disaster recovery status, Windows 365 Reserve Licensing and AI-enabled Cloud PC. If you have any Cloud PCs reflected in these report you can feel free to dig more. Now, let’s check the Cloud PC recommendations report. Each report has a dedicated drill-through option available once you click on View report. In addition to the Overview, you can also access Insights by device and Insights by model details.
- Underutilized – Review license assignments for Cloud PCs that have been connected for little to no time.
- Undersized – Identify Cloud PCs at risk of experiencing performance issues because they’re operating at their maximum capacity.
- Oversized – Identify Cloud PCs that are more powerful than what the person they’re assigned to needs.

Export Reports Option
Intune offer an Export option for all reports. When you open any report except for the overview, you will see the Export option at the top. Click on this option to export all the data in your current view to a comma-separated values (.csv) file. Would you like to proceed? Next, click on Download. This will save your report as a .csv file in a zipped format.
