To access version 2603, administrators must manually opt in using the dedicated EnableEarlyUpdateRing2603 PowerShell script provided by Microsoft.

What’s New in ConfigMgr 2603
ConfigMgr 2603 is now available in the Early Update Ring for environments running version 2409 or later. Microsoft has added a new PowerShell opt-in script called EnableEarlyUpdateRing2603.ps1 to help administrators enable the update. The script must be run from an administrator PowerShell window on the site server. After running the script and checking for updates, the ConfigMgr 2603 update will appear in the Configuration Manager console.

Early Update Ring PowerShell Command
To install ConfigMgr 2603, administrators must open Windows PowerShell with administrative privileges and run the EnableEarlyUpdateRing2603.ps1 script against their central administration site or standalone primary site server. After successful enrollment, the update becomes available within the Configuration Manager console under available updates. Microsoft also confirmed that only environments running ConfigMgr version 2409 or later are eligible for the 2603 update. Look at the below list.
