The original issue was Some users could not download multiple files from SharePoint and OneDrive or load Stream videos hosted on SharePoint for a specific region (North Europe). There is an unexpected error that happens on the issues of downloading.
As per Microsoft, users may experience degraded performance with multiple features and services of SharePoint and OneDrive. The status of the incident is Service Restored. There were two duplicate incidents (false positive) as well – OD429188 (OneDrive) and SP429173 (Sharepoint).

Issue: Unable to download multiple files from SharePoint and OneDrive
Let’s check out the issue that the user cannot download multiple files from SharePoint and OneDrive. Microsoft released a notification on SharePoint i.e., MO429402 as a patch update. This issue only affected the Microsoft Stream users located in North Europe.
- Unable to download multiple files from SharePoint and OneDrive – A new issue affected the North Europe Microsoft Stream users when they downloaded multiple files.
Because of this issue, the user cannot download multiple files simultaneously from SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive for Business. Also unable to Load videos within Microsoft Stream that have been uploaded to SharePoint Online.

The root cause of the problem is that a portion of Microsoft infrastructure processes the impacted file download, and video playback functions aren’t performing as expected, resulting in impact. The users have faced the following problems:
- Download multiple files at the same time from SharePoint Online sites and OneDrive for Business
- Load videos within Microsoft Stream that have been uploaded to SharePoint Online. This affects Microsoft Stream users located in North Europe.
