ConfigMgr SCCM List of Default Reports

There are 59 default Categories available in SCCM 2012 SP1. There are 2 hidden categories. The hidden categories are available with CM 2012 SP1 “Endpoint Protection – Hidden” and “Software Distribution – Application Monitoring – Hidden”. The total number of reports available with ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 is 541.

Administration activity log
This report shows the log of administrative changes made for administrative users, security roles, security scopes, and collections.

Administrative user’s security assignments
This report shows administrative users, their associated security roles, and the security scopes related to each security role for each user.
Objects secured by a single security scope
This report shows objects secured by the selected security scope and assigned only to this security scope. Because it does not display objects assigned to two or more security scopes, it might not display all the objects associated with the selected security scope.
Security for specific or multiple Configuration Manager objects
This report shows securable objects, the security scopes associated with the objects, and which administrative users have rights to the objects.
Security roles summary
This report shows security roles and which Configuration Manager administrative users are associated with each security role.
Security scopes summary
This report shows security scopes and which Configuration Manager administrative users and security groups are associated with each security scope.

This report displays computers with installed software that has not been used for a specified period. The specified period of time is based on the value specified in the ‘Software 09A – Infrequently used software’ report.

This report allows you to view software titles based on matching all selected custom label criteria. Up to three custom labels can be selected to refine a software title search.

Hi Anoop

By mistake I broke software updates overall compliance report. I have removed data source and data set from this report by mistake is there a way to fix it please suggest.

  One thing you can do it re apply the service packs to get back the default reports.

    You can use Report Builder to create custom reports using SQL queries.

Can you please help me out in software metering issue.
While running a software metering report days and year column are blank. Nothing is there.

I don’t have a way to check application status using reports in SCCM . Can you suggest me the best way to do it.
Do we have default reports provided by Microsoft ?
Do I need to write a new report to check the status .?
I need another report where i can check application and package status .

Hello there ! Any chance you could provide me with one of the default report ? For some reason, I overrode it and now, I have to way to find it back.

Unfortunatelly, I can’t install any Service Pack at the moment as you suggested. The report in question is in the Network category and is named “IP – Computers in a specific subnet”. You can send it to the email address used to write this post. 🙂
