According to Microsoft, they are investigating an issue where users cannot access the Microsoft Copilot service. We’re working to isolate the cause of the issue. Many people already reported that Bing search was back online at 11:39 AM GMT, but the Copilot service is still down. Microsoft also confirmed, “While we isolate the root cause, we’re transitioning requests to alternate service components to expedite service recovery.”

Update on 24th May at 9:05 AM GMT – Some Copilot functionalities remain affected. More information can be found in the admin center under CP795190. Windows Copilot functionality is back now from Windows 11 devices.
