Veeam recently announced their Veeam Vanguard awards for 2016 here (the 2016 list has yet to be updated). It was a great pleasure to receive Veeam Vanguard’s renewal mail. I’m super excited to be part of the 2016 Veeam Vanguard program. Veeam Vanguards are an elite group of IT professionals worldwide.
I also received the Veeam Vanguard award in 2015. Being part of the inaugural Veeam Vanguard program award winners group is always super exciting. We all had great experiences with the Veeam Vanguard and VeeamON 2015 conferences.
The Veeam Vanguard program is a global influencer program for Veeam. In 2016, the program evolved further, and there was an opportunity for open nominations.
Thank you, Veeam Vanguard program administrators team, for all your efforts and support!! To stay updated about the Veeam Vanguard program, follow the Veeam Vanguard Twitter handle @VeeamVanguard.

As Rick Vanover mentioned in the blog post, the Veeam Vanguard Program is a hand-selected list of people of all backgrounds who Veeam feels best to embrace our brand in their communities.
A Veeam Vanguard represents the Veeam brand to the highest level in many different technology communities where Veeam engages. These individuals are chosen for their understanding, engagement, and style in their activities on and offline.
