Microsoft gives a free upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 if the PC meets the minimum system requirement. You can also check the list of deprecated/removed applications and features from Windows 11.
Microsoft Windows 11 is not released yet to the public. Microsoft announced that they would start deploying Windows 11 updates later this year (by the end of 2021?). As per the latest information, Windows 11 will be released to Windows insider rings by next week (the last week of June 2021).

Removed Features from Windows 11
The following features might be deprecated or removed when you upgrade to Windows 11 or perform a fresh install of Windows 11. The below list provides you the information regarding some of the key features impacted by Windows 11 fresh install or upgrade:

The following apps will not be removed on upgrade from Windows 10. These apps will no longer be installed for Windows 11 by default.

Windows 11 Removed Features – Deprecated Applications from Windows 11
