Microsoft gives a free upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 if the PC meets the minimum system requirement. You can also check the list of deprecated/removed applications and features from Windows 11.

Microsoft Windows 11 is not released yet to the public. Microsoft announced that they would start deploying Windows 11 updates later this year (by the end of 2021?). As per the latest information, Windows 11 will be released to Windows insider rings by next week (the last week of June 2021).
