How Workspaces Work on Your Edge for Business
Workspaces are browser windows that you can share with others so everyone can see the same sites and files in one place instead of sending countless links back and forth to workspaces. Now, instead of finding links, you can share your workspace immediately, letting you and your team browse together more quickly and easily.
You can easily create your Workspaces through Copilot and Bing Search by following some steps. To access this feature Click on the Copilot button from the top corner of Edge browser. After that simply type “Create a workspace for,” followed by the topic of your choice.
- Enter your topic on the Copilot Prompt
- In this example, the text prompt is “Create a workspace for how to make a resume“.
- Then, you will get a message from Edge like create a workspace for making a resume.
- Click on the Yes button to continue

After that, you will get a new window showing welcome window of Workspaces’. On the left side of the window, you can see a section of organized tabs related to the Workspace topic entered on the copilot prompt. These organized tabs help you collaborate with colleagues or work individually.
Workspaces streamline your browsing experience and boost productivity. This window also shows that your topic for creating workspaces on Copilot Prompt automatically opens the Bing Search. The table below shows the different organized tabs on the Workspace.
