Microsoft FIXED the Major Impact on Intune and Azure Portals. Both the portals are down, along with the Entra and Windows 365 portals. Root Cause Updated by Microsoft: A sudden influx in network traffic reduced the effective capabilities of our request management systems, temporarily resulting in access issues for users attempting to access Microsoft Intune and Windows 365 services and functions.

The update from Microsoft on this issue is, “We’ve applied load-balancing remediations, and our service telemetry indicates that the service is returning to a healthy state. We’ll continue to monitor service telemetry relating to this impact and apply further mitigations as necessary to resolve this issue fully.”

Intune and Entra portals are also down. But Microsoft 365 admin center is up and running without any issues. Microsoft 365 Defender portal is also working fine. Previously also Microsoft faced similar issues Azure Front Door Service Connectivity Issue | MEM Admin Center Portal Impact?.
