SCCM Troubleshooting
This Category is for highlighting SCCM issues and helping the community to solve those issues. SCCM troubleshooting will help admins to resolve the issues. SCCM admins can resolve issues by looking at the SCCM log files and flow charts etc.
SCCM error codes details would be really helpful for an Intune ConfigMgr Administrator to fix the issues. There are two important tools which can be used for SCCM troubleshooting
- CMTrace
- Trace32
Unlike trace32.exe, cmtrace.exe is actually built-in in SCCM, there is no need to download separate toolkits for it. Cmtrace.32 can be found on the SCCM site server, under “<SCCM Install Dir>\tools\” folder.
You can use SCCM troubleshooting skill to resolve infrastructure or deployment related issues. You should understand the process flow before the start of troubleshooting.
I have SCCM ConfigMgr Steps for Newbies with Flowcharts post will help the SCCM admins to help understand the process. More details available in the below posts.
