Let’s discuss how Intune LOB and Win32 apps co-exist with the new Windows Autopilot. As you know, Microsoft introduced Windows Autopilot Version 2. In device deployment, Windows Autopilot plays a crucial role. Integrating Intune Line-of-Business (LOB) and Win32 apps with the new Windows Autopilot version 2 significantly enhances Microsoft’s device management.
What can we expect from this news enhancement? The user can experience a smoother and more efficient process for deploying Intune Line-of-Business (LOB) and Win32 apps. When setting up new devices with Windows Autopilot, you can install Win32 and in-house apps without any issues.
The old version of Windows Autopilot does not support deploying the Intune LOB app and Win32 together on a PC. Intune LOB apps are unique business functions. In another way, we can say that they are custom-made for each business. Organizations can do things their way, according to the organizations’ demands.
In Win 32, Apps are the desktop applications designed for Windows Operating systems. Win 32 works with the computer’s system and doesn’t need a separate environment. You can use them on Windows computers with different system types, and they usually get installed with files ending in .exe or .msi.
